We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund the amount of your purchase minus our retaining or down payment fee.

Incorrect Orders and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect, not to your specifications, or if you are not pleased with the final product/outcome, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Once the return is accepted, you will have the choice for a full refund minus any retainers or down payment fees or a rework of your service.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
